ABOUT US | Gentilly Landfill is a 200-acre site owned by the City of New Orleans, operated by AMID/Metro Partnership, LLC, and located in an industrial area of eastern New Orleans. Our site is permitted as a “Type III” solid waste facility by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality. This site is permitted to accept construction/demolition debris, wood wastes and yard trash, as defined by LAC 33:VII.115.
